Invasys is an R&D company specializing in providing our government customers, such as police and intelligence services, with investigation tools. We focus on in-house research & development in mobile phone and satellite communication. Our solutions are developed and manufactured in the Czech Republic.
During the last 7 years we have grown from 25 to 80 people and aim to grow some more.

The Position in Context

Invasys has a project-oriented structure, allowing maximum flexibility and customization for our clients. Our projects are executed by a dedicated engineering team, supported by our science and R&D departments. Most of our projects are for governmental agencies, targeting the export market in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with new and existing customers. Your role involves developing long-term customer connections, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals.:

  • Establishing partnerships, identifying opportunities, and generating revenue.
  • Conducting product presentations for customers, understanding their needs, following the RFQ process, and leading negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within governmental organizations.
  • Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our products to act as an advisor for our customers alongside our presales, developers, and researchers.
  • Participating in relevant business exhibitions.
  • Generating leads, opportunities, and sales, sometimes in collaboration with local representatives.
  • Preparing and negotiating proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong background from the defence, security, or critical infrastructure industry, familiar with governmental purchase processes.
  • University degree, preferably in electronics or marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify and approach potential customers, close deals, and build relationships with customers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively worldwide.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

Additional Requirements

  • Due to the nature of our work in the defence and security sector, candidates must be citizens of an EU / NATO country.
